Today’s the Day!

By Julianna Keck

Nov. 28, 2017

In the wake of the mad dash for Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, today marks yet another cleverly dubbed day of the week—one that couldn’t be more different. A day dedicated to giving back. While every day can be a giving day, #GivingTuesday has become a global day of celebrating and encouraging giving in support of your favorite non-profits. We are so thankful for all the radio stations and listeners who make the programs we represent possible. Your decision to support these ministries helps ensure that the Word of God is heard throughout our country and world. We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to join this global movement by showing your support for the Christian ministries RKC is privileged to represent. ... Read More

Philip De Courcy Imparts Words to Live by in His Interview with Barbara Follis

By Julianna Keck

Aug. 25, 2017

How does a reluctant teenager who recognizes his need to get saved—but loves his sin more— become a pastor willing to lay down his life to preach the Gospel? This past weekend on Words to Live By, Barbara Follis interviewed special guest, Pastor Philip De Courcy of Know The Truth. It’s always exciting when two or more of our ministry partners collaborate in their radio efforts, and this excellent interview is certainly no exception! As always, Barbara gets right to the heart of the matter, inviting Philip to share how a message from the Scriptures transformed his life and gave him words to live by. You’ll hear Philip narrate his personal story of redemption, recounting how growing up amidst religious violence in war-torn Northern Ireland ... Read More

This Weekend on Words to Live By

By Jessie Jolliff

Aug. 19, 2016

Dawn believed she was “damaged goods,” and she even considered herself unworthy of love. Her father’s abuse left her fearful of intimacy and filled with anger and self-hatred. Then, she started walking with God, and her life was changed forever. That’s just one of the guests interviewed by host Barbara Follis on this weekend’s edition of Words to Live By, airing August 20 and 21. Elliot had a very different story. He was living a directionless life with no real purpose or vision. However, when his close friend died of cancer, Elliott woke up from the meaningless pit he existed in. He knew he needed a Messiah. Words to Live By shares the stories of hearts healed and lives changed through God’s limitless grace and ... Read More
