Hope Out Loud Shares the Love of Jesus

Monday, July 14 the Kemp and Company crew welcomed Andy, Linda and Jennifer Barrick for a visit to the RKC offices.

Nine years ago, this family of four was struck head-on by a drunk driver. All sustained life-threatening injuries, but 15-year-old Jen experienced severe brain trauma and spent weeks in a coma. Doctores warned that Jen would wake up cursing and screaming. Instead, Scripture, praise songs and eloquent prayers flowed from her lips.

What some would call a tragedy, the Barricks call a MIRACLE.

Today, this family of four travels the country sharing the love of Christ. Their mission is to bring hope and encouragement to men, women and children as they share what a personal relationship with Jesus looks like.

Recently Linda and Jen had the opportunity to share this message at the American Heritage Girls 20th Anniversary Convention in Indiana. Hear them share their story by clicking the image below.

Beyond the speaking engagements, the Barrick family can be heard on nearly 300 radio stations in the U.S., Canada, Australia and Aruba in their one-minute daily broadcast, Hope Out Loud.

Passionate. Real. Relevant. This daily short feature is like no other radio program available. On any given day, listeners will hear from each family member on timely topics such as forgiveness, learning to trust God, and finding hope in the midst of tragedy.

A hallmark of the program includes Jennifer praying over listeners, lifting their needs up to the Lord over the airwaves.
