FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
November 13, 2017
Washington, D.C.--While it’s true our nation’s capital may be politically polarized as never before, a brand-new national treasure breaks the divide. On Friday, November 17, 2017, the Museum of the Bible opens its massive bronze doors for all the world to engage with the greatest book ever written.
Recognizing the importance of this occasion, Moody Radio Host Janet Parshall lends her voice to the grand opening by originating her nationally acclaimed live broadcast from the world’s greatest collection of biblical artifacts. In the Market with Janet Parshall will go live at its standard time this Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time, from the elaborate eight-floor, 430,000 square foot campus, known as Museum of the Bible, located just three blocks south of the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C.
Anticipating the day, Janet Parshall said, "Washington is a town filled with many prestigious museums celebrating cultures, history and various ethnicities. But no museum is more impacting than the newly built Museum of the Bible. Wandering through the exhibits and displays, visitors are reminded that the most widely read and most frequently published book in the world is remarkably different from any other book. Its content has generated major social change, served as the basis of our national government, and taught us how to love our fellow man.”
In the Market with Janet Parshall is an award-winning, nationally syndicated live talk show, produced by Moody Radio in Chicago, Illinois. In the Market with Janet Parshall, Best of In the Market and the weekly feature, Janet Parshall Commentary, are carried on more than 725 stations nationwide.
Janet added, “I am thrilled to be broadcasting at the opening of the Museum of the Bible in Washington. This may be one of the most important buildings in a city filled with history and majesty and I believe will be one of the most visited spots in Washington."
