Some Call It a Tragedy, The Barrick's Call it a Miracle

Some call it a tragedy, the Barrick's call it a miracle.

Eight years ago, the Barrick family of four was struck head-on by a drunk driver.  Andy, Linda, 15 year-old Jen and 11 year-old Josh all sustained life-threatening injuries.

After weeks in a coma, doctors warned that Jen would wake up cursing and screaming.  Instead, the Word of God flowed from her mouth as she declared through song and praise every scripture she had hidden in her heart.

Eight years later, the Barrick family continues to share their hope in Christ with people all across the country.

In the past two years, over 2,000 people have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior through the ministry of Hope Out Loud.

Join more than 275 radio stations across the country in airing the one-minute daily radio program called Hope Out Loud.

Recently Linda Barrick received a letter from one of Hope Out Loud’s faithful listeners.  Proof that when God’s Word goes out, it is indeed purposeful, and does not return empty!

Dear Linda,

I heard your brief message of encouragement as I was hurrying about my home this morning.  It lifted my hope in a tremendous way.

I am working my way through finding deep inner healing that I so desperately need.  Your word for today fit in perfectly for my journey.

I'm so glad you are featured on my local Christian radio station WCIK in Bath, New York.

Thank you for sharing your ministry…
