VOM Radio Named 2016 Program of the Year

By Jessica Suggs

April 14, 2016

We are privileged to represent The Voice of the Martyrs.  At the 2016 convention in Nashville, Tennessee, VOM Radio was bestowed the Radio Program of the Year award by the National Religious Broadcasters. This distinguished honor is awarded to radio programs that impact listeners with compelling content while demonstrating an authentic Christian faith.

Host Todd Nettleton and Michael Shelley are pictured below receiving the award.

Hosted by Todd Nettleton, VOM Radio presents testimonies and accounts of Christians suffering for their faith around the world. These dynamic stories are designed to challenge and encourage listeners in their own walk of faith, while calling them to pray and advocate for the persecuted church around the world.

Founded in 1967 by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand, The Voice of the Martyrs has declared, “We will not let our brothers and sisters suffer in silence, nor will let them serve alone.”

This Sunday, April 17, The Voice of the Martyrs encourages churches to "Stand with the Persecuted." Persecuted Christians are suffering worldwide and they need our year-round prayer and practical support. Learn more at http://frc.org/stand
