Discover the Word is a daily 15-minute radio program featuring conversational Bible studies with Haddon Robinson, Alice Mathews and Mart DeHaan.

In 1980, Radio Bible Class Daily began broadcasting messages from RBC teachers Richard De Haan, Paul Van Gorder, and RBC founder, Dr. M. R. DeHaan. From time to time, a panel of RBC staff members and guests was assembled to discuss important topics. These “Friday panel discussions” were quite popular, prompting the move to an exclusively topical discussion format featuring Herb Vander Lugt, Jim Pittman, Ron Chadwick, and Mart DeHaan. In 1991, Haddon Robinson and Alice Mathews joined Mart DeHaan.

In 1998, the program changed its name to Discover the Word.These daily, expositional Bible studies are designed to involve the listener in insightful conversations about relevant, biblically based subjects. Over the years, the trio has developed an inviting style of discussion, using creative and varied teaching methods to help listeners apply Scripture to their daily lives.
